Good afternoon Michael,

Yes, the parks are open for individual walking etc for people to enjoy while practicing social distancing - but not for gatherings or practices/activities and will not be until such time that it is deemed safe. We do not have a specific timeframe on that as it really depends on whether each stage of the reopening succeeds as we progress.

I have cc’d Sam Martello and Burt Wolfe of Public Works on this email so they can update you with anything I missed and if anything changes.
